GRAN THE PARK Ⅱ Accommodation conditions

(Application of this Agreement)

Article 1 the accommodation contract and the contract relating to this hotel shall be pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement and shall be governed by law or practice for matters not set forth herein.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may respond to the purpose of this agreement, and to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs.

(rejection of accommodation underwriting)

Article 2 the hotel may refuse to accept accommodation if:

(1) When an application for accommodation is not governed by this agreement.
(2) When the room is not in full occupancy.
(3) When the person intending to stay is deemed to be in violation of the provisions of the Statute or the Act of public order or good morals.
(4) When the person intending to stay is clearly admitted to be an infectious disease.
(5) When a special burden is required for accommodation.
(6) When it is not possible to stay due to natural disaster, facility failure or other unavoidable reasons.
(7) When a person who intends to stay is a drunk person and is deemed to cause a significant inconvenience to other guests, the guest may have a significant nuisance to the other person.
(8) When the person who intends to stay is a gangster, a gangster, a gang member, an affiliated group, or other antisocial forces.
(9) When the person who intends to stay is a corporation or other organization where a gang or a gang member rules the business activity.
(10) If the person who intends to stay is a juridical person and is a member of the gang.
(11) When bringing in hazardous materials (firearms such as stoves, petroleum) and harmful items to the human body.
(12) The person who has received the application of article 11 in the past.

Article 3 if you intend to apply for a stay at the hotel, you will be asked to provide the following information.

(1) Guest’s address, name, telephone number, gender, nationality, and occupation.
(2) Date of stay, estimated time of arrival, company name, telephone number and name of applicant.
(3) In the event that the guest has requested the stay of the accommodation of the second issue of the accommodation in the preceding paragraph, the hotel will process the request for a new accommodation contract at the time the offer is made.
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel.

(Reserve Money)

Article 4 The hotel may ask for the payment of a reservation with a limit of the stay period (3 days if the stay is more than 3 days), if the application for the reservation is accepted.

2. The deposit of the preceding paragraph shall be applied to the penalty of article 5, if applicable, and will be refunded if there is a residual amount.

(Cancel reservation)

Article 5 The hotel will incur a penalty if the applicant of the reservation has removed all or part of the reservation. However, it is said that the group visitor (Pieing Member 10 or more people. Penalty fee Regulations

(1) General customers (1-9 people) if they are not informed, 100% of the first day accommodation charge per person. If cancelled after 12:00 p.m., per person
80% of the room charge for the first day of the stay.
20% of the room rate per person in case of release on the day before stay.

(2) Group customers (10-20 people)
A 10% of the lodging charge on the first day of the stay, if one person has been released from the date of 9 days before the date of stay.
If you cancel the day before the stay, 80% of the room rate on the first day of accommodation per person.
If cancelled after 12:00 p.m. on the day of stay, 100% of the first day accommodation charge per person.

2. The hotel will not be contacted by the guest and will not arrive at 24:00 a.m. or if you do not contact us for more than two hours (26:00 a.m.), the hotel reservation may be deemed to have been lifted by the applicant and processed.
 

3. In the case deemed to have been lifted pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, the guest may not arrive in contact when it is proven that it is due to the delivery or delay of a public transport system, such as a train or an aircraft, or a reason not to be liable to other guests, there is no penalty for the first term.


Article 6 in addition to other cases, the hotel may cancel the reservation if:

(1) When it becomes applicable from article 2 to No. 3 to No. 11.
(2) When you cannot say third article no. 2.
(3) When the payment of the reservation of article 4 is requested, the payment is not made by the deadline.

2. The hotel shall be refunded if the reservation has already been paid for the reservation, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(Registration of accommodation)

Article 7 The guest should register the following information at the hotel’s reception on the day of the hotel.

(1) Matters of article 3-1
(2) For foreigners, passport number, Japan entry and date of entry
(3) Departure date and time
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

(Check-in and check-out time)

Article 8 the time (check-in time) for guests to enter the hotel is from 3 pm, and the time of departure from the hotel (check-out time) is 10:00 a.m.
However, in the case of consecutive stays, it is possible to use all day except the arrival date and the departure date.

2. The hotel may respond to the use of the rooms outside of the time specified in the paragraph, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding clause.

(1) 10% of the equivalent amount per hour
(2) After 4 hours of excess, 100% of the room value is not available if there is no vacancy.

3. The linen exchange and cleaning during consecutive nights is between 9 am and 2 pm. Please bring your valuables with you.
In addition, even if there is an offer that the guest does not need to be cleaned, the linen exchange and the cleaning may be used for maintenance and the hygiene of the building.

(Payment of fees)

Article 9 the payment of the fee is payable at the front desk when the guest is checked in by the currency.

2. Accommodation charges will be charged if the guest has not stayed in any of the rooms after they have started using the room.

(Rules of Use)

Article 10 The guest shall comply with the rules of use established by the hotel.

(Refusal to stay)

Article 11 The hotel may decline to stay in the following cases during the period of your stay.

(1) When it falls under any of the second article No. 3 to No. 12.
(2) When the guest is not in the room.
(3) When the use rules stipulated in article 10 are not obeyed.
(4) Mischief against fire-fighting equipment, etc., or when the hotel does not comply with the prohibited rules of use.
(5) When smoking is found outside the designated space.

(Responsibility of lodging)

Article 12 the responsibility for staying at the hotel when guests register for accommodation at the hotel’s reception, or when they enter the room, they start early and end when they open the room to leave.

2. The reason for the hotel’s responsibility if guests are unable to provide their rooms, they will be able to use the same or similar conditions to the accommodation, except in cases of natural disaster or other reasons. In this case, the room charge will not be charged for the rest of the day when the rooms will not continue to be provided.

3. When the hotel is intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage.

[Remarks]
1. Basic accommodation fees are based on the list of prices posted on the website, leaflet, etc.
2. Child rates are applied to elementary school children, and children are free of charge as long as one child per adult. When bedding is provided for children, there is a 100% adult fee.

(Handling of deposits, etc.)

Article 13 The hotel shall compensate for the damage of goods or cash and valuables that have been deposited at the front desk, except when it is loss or damaging, such as if it is an inevitability. However, in the case of cash and valuables, the hotel will compensate for the damage as a limit of 50,000 yen if the guest does not make a statement of its type and value.

2. Items or cash that guests have in the hotel. The hotel will not be held liable for any valuables or damages such as loss or damage, unless the hotel’s intentional or serious negligence is not checked on the front desk.

(Storage of baggage or portable goods)

Article 14 If your baggage arrives at the hotel prior to your stay, you will be responsible for keeping it with you when you arrive at the hotel prior to your arrival, and the guest will be given your check-in at the reception.

2. If the guest’s baggage or portable product has been forgotten by the hotel after the guests have checked out, for seven days including the discovery date, we will store the valuables at the hotel and then send them to the nearest police station and dispose of any other items.

(Parking responsibility)

Article 15 in the event that guests use the hotel’s parking lot, regardless of the deposit of the vehicle key, the hotel is the one that rents the location and does not bear the responsibility for the management of the vehicle. However, in the management of the parking lot, when it is damaged by the intentional or serious negligence of the hotel, it is appointed to the responsibility of the compensation.

(Responsibility of guests)

Article 16 if the hotel is intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage.

(Jurisdiction and governing law)

Article 17 any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Japan in the courts of the Japan that govern the location of the hotel.
